We are here to support the design and facilitation of governance processes that enable diverse actors — governments, Indigenous Nations, communities, and organizations—to collaborate on complex issues. The work combines mediation, systemic design, and strategic facilitation to build durable relationships, shared decision-making structures, and practical pathways forward on issues such as land use planning, watershed governance, and environmental financing.
