Mediations
Mediation is a private dispute resolution process where a third party facilitates open and generative dialogue. The solution is co-created by the parties involved.
Institutional Design
Institutional design involves developing the formal structures—such as agreements, governance frameworks, and consultation processes—that clarify roles, decision-making authority, and how different parties will coordinate and work together over time. For example, a municipality and a First Nation may engage this service to co-develop a governance framework and consultation pathway.
Relational process design
Relational process building focuses on strengthening the communication channels, shared norms, and working relationships that allow diverse partners to collaborate effectively and build trust over time. Facilitated workshops and dialogue processes establish shared principles and create a foundation for long-term collaboration.
Multi-party facilitation
Structured dialogue supporting multiple actors with different mandates, interests, and perspectives, to navigate a complex issue, clarify shared goals and engage in productive discussions leading to actionable outcomes. For instance, provincial agencies, municipalities, and conservation groups, may engage a facilitator to guide a workshop or series of meetings that helps them move toward practical recommendations or agreements for financing or implementing environmental priorities.
Conflict Resolution Systems Design & Custom ProgrammingÂ
Group facilitation, school programs, workshops, and opportunities to effect positive systems change are designed on a case-by-case basis. The system may be the family, the workplace, the neighborhood, or an institution such as local government.
